In this chat session, we will go over the various ways that yarn is hand dyed and what factors might come into play when it is knit or crocheted, such as the difference between working in the round vs working flat, dye placement and how that affects colour appearance, how the weight of the yarn will affect the outcome, how you can predict how the yarn will work up before you purchase it, and give you some ideas of how to use yarn that you found worked up differently than you expected.

We will have several samples of yarn in the skein and worked up in a variety of ways.
